On vacation in the Hamptons. Im from Toronto. Got a tear in a new tire. Rotation changed the tire and offered to send it to Continental as a warranty claim since the tear was on the seam. (First day riding on the tire). Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of road bikes!
Rude and racist experience I've seen from a bike store. Is it really necessary to be like that towards customers?
