My experience at PC Richards was wonderful. They had a broad selection of mattresses, knowledgeable staff and great customer service. I needed to order a new bed for my elderly father and this requires actually seeing and testing the product. When I came to PC Richards, several other stores had me stressed out with pushy sales people more interested in selling product than helping me choose the right one.
Thanks to Frank Mason, who graciously walked me through the process, answering all my questions and concerns in detail, I’m confident I chose the best possible mattress for my father. Most of all, he was very empathetic and knowledgeable.
Phil is one of the best sales associates I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He walked me through several TV purchases and answered numerous questions both honestly and easily to understand. His knowledge base extended into sound bars, home security systems and remote access. I will continue to come back here for all my home needs.

My laptop was broken so i went into PC Richards to buy a new one. Matt was an amazing assistant and fixed my problem with ease. He recommended his best new computer at a fine price. I 100% am rating this place 5 stars.
I am continuous amazed at the knowledge and service that I receive when I walk into Pcrichard and Son Southampton. I am trilled with the new mattress I just got here. Not only was the purchase quick and painless but the salesman helping me wasn't pushy, like you find in other mattress stores. He allowed me to try the bed while providing info, without hovering on top of me and made the usual dreadful experience pleasant. Bottom line- best place on the east end to buy anything big. Not only do you leave feeling like you made an educated choice but the price is better too!
