Thrilled!! I had never used Southampton jewelry exchange before but I'm glad I gave them a try. My wife's engagement ring is an intricate, delicate design. It was very thin in spots where diamond were set "deep" into the band. It had been repaired once by another jeweler but only held about a year. The guys here told me the ring should really be reproduced completely. Well I was very nervous about the proposition. The staff was friendly and reassuring that I would be pleased with the end product. So, today I picked up the new ring and oh my, was the ring spectacular. They were able to capture the essence of the original design while adding additional reinforcements to the necessary problem areas, WITHOUT compromising the look!! Unbelievable. So pleased. Great value, great people, great turn around time. Do not hesitate to give this place a try. They have earned a new customer for life! I've never been 100% satisfied with jeweler a in the past.
