Very clean. Great location.
You stay here for the location, pool and bus to the beach and nothing else. It's an upgraded motel but still a motel. With that said, the grounds are well kept, again location is the best as you can walk everywhere and frankly, there aren't many options in Southampton. But the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Staff are fine but it's very bare bone so don't expect "service". Summer weekend rates are $500+ a night which is laughable but again, location location.
Well maintained, but building is more motel style. Nice beds and very clean room, but underlying building is basic (i.e. thin walls so easy to hear when neighbors come and go). Shuttle available to beach, and does have lots of games/activities onsite such as playroom, swimming pool, shuffle board, bicycles. Don't come expecting a 5-star experience. I will likely return at some point given limited options nearby.
Great little hotel - looks like nothing on the outside and is completely renovated on the inside. Close to town and about a mile from the beach. Nice place!
Clean room, comfortable beds, decent price and within walking distance of the downtown area. Soom rooms are setup as quads, common entrance for the quad, some might not like that.
