I would give 10 stars if possible for this review. Maxine at 99 Mariner Drive Life storage is so professional, accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make my moving experience seamless. She really listen to your needs and was just delightful. Am very happy with this service and this location.

Great customer service Suzy very helpful and knowable
This is a first rate storage facility! Although I am not a current customer I hope to become one as soon as a parking spot becomes available! I had the pleasure of meeting Nickol in my search for a secure place to park my beloved weekend car M-F while I work in NYC. She was personable and understanding of my situation, sadly for me the facility was full when I visited last week, however she promptly placed me on the waiting list and also referred me to other nearby Uncle Bob's. She graciously gave me a tour of the property pointing out the security features, I like the fact that their is video surveillance and that I could have 24 hour access. Just walking through the office out the back door to the parking area one can tell this this facility is well cared for by Nickol and her staff, there was not a piece of stray garbage or a speckle of dirt that I could see. I am hoping a spot may become available asap if not I hope Uncle Bob's expands soon in this area, we need more businesses that go above and beyond.
